Toddler Room

The toddler room is designed to provide comfort to the active learning needs of children ages 15 months to 2 years. The oversized toddler room provides plenty of space for learning designed around centers (interest areas) in the areas of art, dramatic play, story time, blocks and building, and fine motor development.  To facilitate the physical developmental needs of toddlers, central in the room is a climbing loft with slide. Child-sized sinks and toilets, promoting sanitation and potty training, are included in the toddler room. At this age, toddlers sleep on cots equipped with individual sleeping bags provided by Scribbles. A gated area separates the space used for play from the space used for feeding, changing, and art play.
